PROCESSUS

❧ Lorsque vous me demandez une commission, je vous demande un acompte de 50% du prix total. Les 50% restants devront être payés après votre validation..
❧ Ensuite, je vous envoie un dessin rapide de votre demande. C'est l'idée finale de votre dessin, nous pouvons le modifier jusqu'à ce que vous en soyez satisfait. Après le paiement il n'y aura plus de retour en arrière..
❧ Une fois le croquis approuvé, je ne continuerai pas votre commande tant que vous ne m'aurez pas payée intégralement..
❧ Toute modification majeure après le croquis que vous avez approuvé pourra entraîner un supplément..
❧ Je vous tiens régulièrement informé. Si je me vois obligé de prendre plus de temps pour réaliser votre commande, je vous tiendrai informé. Si je ne suis plus en mesure de continuer, je vous rembourserai à hauteur de mon avancée et vous pourrez garder mon travail.

PAIEMENT

❧ Le paiement s'effectue uniquement via Paypal et en Euros €..
❧ Après m'avoir envoyé les 50% du prix, le dessin rapide que je vais vous envoyer peut être modifié autant de fois que vous le voulez pour qu'il corresponde au maximum à ce que vous voulez. Une fois que vous l'avez approuvé, je ne vous rembourserai pas l'acompte..
❧ Si vous souhaitez annuler votre commission avant de valider la première étape, je vous rembourse à hauteur de 95%..
❧ Si vous souhaitez annuler votre commission après le paiement complet, je vous rembourserai jusqu'à 50% du prix total en fonction de mon avancée, pas l'entièreté..
❧ Si vous annulez votre commission à la première étape, je me réserve le droit de réutiliser le croquis à des fins personnelles et/ou commerciales..
❧ Si le dessin final n'est pas celui que vous souhaitiez, ce n'est pas une raison valable pour un remboursement. Vous aviez donné votre consentement tout au long du processus.
